I used this spice tonight. I made a Sri Lankan Beetroot Curry. I have made this dish in the past, it is good but has lacked something. Leena's Sri Lankan Spice Blend was what it lacked. This spice mix gave the dish a lovely taste and balance. Thank you Leena.
