FENUGREEK LEAVES IS METHI DRIED
Also referred to as “Methi” fenugreek leaves have a slight taste of fennel. They are an excellent ingredient for Indian dishes. Typically they are used in naan bread recipes, vegetable dishes and curry sauces. Often, fenugreek leaves are sprinkled over the top of these dishes to finish them off.
Combine fenugreek leaves with other aromatic herbs and spices to create complex sweetness and subtle bitterness to sauces.
There is no substitute for Fenugreek leaves. These are dried and whole, rather than powdered or ground. This means that you can enjoy the full flavour when you add them to your dishes.
