DUKKAH SPICE BLEND

Dukkah is an Egyptian spices blend which uses a mixture of carefully roasted and coarsely ground herbs, spices, and nuts to give the Dukkah flavor.  Dukkah is mixed with olive oil and salt, and served as a dip with toasted bread. This mixture can also be sprinkled over pasta dishes, and salads, mixed with olive oil and salt, and brushed over pizza or pita. It can be coated on chicken or fish, then grilled as well.

No preservatives or additives. No coloring. Salt free. Gluten free. Fat free. 100% pure.

 

Ingredients: Black Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Hazelnut, Marjoram, Mint, Paprika, Sesame Seeds and Thyme

The texture and taste was a bit different from the Dukkah I used before. But in saying that. I love the flavors in your Dukkah and will definitely buy again. I think the ones I used before had some coarser pieces of nuts in it. Thank you for a lovely product! I enjoy it!

Dukkah Spice Blend, Thai Green Curry, Curry Powder

The Dukkah was very delicious, although I really wish I read all the the ingredients on the curries though before purchasing as I didn't realise they had no chilli, whoops, lol, they did smell nice though, ended up mixing a hot curry mix with yours and it was the perfect curry, smelt nice and was lovely and hot. Good quality and lovely mix of spices.
