BERBERE OR BEREBERE SPICE BLEND
A traditional Ethiopian blend of spices that have been roasted and ground. It is used to flavor stews of meat, vegetables, lentils, grilled chicken, duck, beef and tofu.
To make a marinade, mix Berbere, olive oil, lemon juice and salt in a blender and puree to make a paste.
Spread on the meat or vegetables of your choice and marinate overnight.
